small bag of frozen pineapple or one can of diced pineapple in juice
1medium yellow onion diced
In a Crock Pot, place onions on the bottom. Add Smoked Ham and dump the pineapple all around the Ham. Open a can of Sloppy Joe Sauce and pour over the ham. Set to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Sautee zucchini in butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add right before serving. Serve on a bed of white rice, polenta, or mashed potato.
