Ground Beef was used in this

pre-cooked Rice
Toppings

Cup
Pepper Jack Cheese

Lime

Sour Cream
optional
Cilantro
optional
Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil in a pot.
Add the rest of the ingredients aside from the toppings, to the pot. Heat through.
Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
